Filmmaker Emily Wyland reunites with estranged mother for documentary. When mother disappears, Emily and cinematographer Danny pursue clues to her whereabouts.
Every once in a while, a found footage film comes along and grabs people’s attention, it does something a little different and creates plenty of buzz amongst fans of genre cinema, previous examples of this being The Blair Witch Project, Cloverfield, Paranormal Activity and Host; In Our Blood is fast becoming a name to add to said list. Produced by Morgan Freeman and Duncan Jones, and directed by Oscar nominee, Pedro Kos, this creepy new horror film has been receiving plenty of hype within its festival run and everyone involved with GASP! are feeling honoured to be able to screen it as part of this year’s lineup. The GASP! team don’t want to say anymore about the plot than what is included in the synopsis because it’s a very unpredictable film that works best when you know very little about it.
