Booking Terms & Conditions

Tickets and passes cannot be refunded.

You must be in your seat at least 5 minutes before the advertised event start time.

By ordering a ticket, you are confirming that you meet the recommended age rating (18+) for the event as provided by the festival.

Proof of ID may be required when purchasing or collecting discounted or concessionary tickets.

All purchases are subject to a small booking fee.

By ordering a ticket you agree that you will adhere to Cultplex’s House Rules, and any clear breach of said House Rules will result in your immediate removal from the festival with no refund.

Should GASP! have to postpone or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible and refunds will be issued to those who have purchased a ticket individually. There will be no compensation for passholders unless the entire event is postponed or cancelled.

GASP! reserves the right to remove or block anyone using inappropriate, offensive/abusive language or actions from interacting in a live event. Participation in future live events, chats or even passes and tickets to future events may be revoked.

You agree to view the GASP! website and Eventive website, including all associated features and functionalities, in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, or other restrictions on use of the service or content. You agree not to archive, download, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, offer for sale, or use content and information contained on or obtained from or through GASP!
